A 2-day national seminar “Terms of reference of XV finance commission and its impact on states with reference to Manipur” was organised at Thoubal College on 16-17th July, 2018.
It was organised by Thoubal College and sponsored by UGC NERO, Guwahati.
Shri Y. Joykumar Singh, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister Manipur, Professor E. Bijoykumar Singh, Director- Centre for study of social exclusion & inclusive policy, MU, Smt. O. Chaoba Devi, Principal- Thoubal College, Thoubal, graced the inaugration funcion of the seminar as chief guest, guest of honour & president respectively.
Many eminent personals from and outside the state presented papers.
Delegates from different colleges participated the seminar.
